Morenxxx is a Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary artist engaged in hybrid practice.

Their sets lie at the crossroads of sound performance and storytelling. Utilizing and prioritizing Caribbean sound, and electronic music as a means to elaborate the dialectic.

For Cookie Series #037, Morenxxx operates the hiss of machetes slicing, the sound of a preacher screaming over a megaphone a few blocks away, and the reverb of a steel drum in a cavern that embodies the chaos of our world today.
