Terrence Rice is a New York City born and raised DJ and visual artist. Inspired deeply by the futuristic funk of 90's Detroit techno artists, Terrence weaves between synth and acid-lined grooves, tribal percussive rolls and swinging rhythmic kicks to craft psychedelic soundscapes that engulf listeners in uplifting, cosmic warmth. With an educational background in art and music history and significant exposure to underground dance music since childhood, Terrence brings a research-intensive approach to track selection fusing his extensive record collection with a technology-laced, forward-thinking mixing style.
