Cookie Mix Series #RS006: FANA' • Cleveland

FANA' is radical and a fiercely loyal apropos to paying homage to their Kurdish-Medittereanen roots and heritage. A multimedia artist from NYC based in America's Midwest, they founded Disco Paradiso, a retro-futuristic dance party held in Cleveland, OH.

This multi-faceted DJ and producer also dabble in visual and conceptual art creating rave spaces that transcend the venue they encounter. An avid activist for Kurdish and Palestinian rights, their musical style is a blend of Middle Eastern artists in merge with traditional music from regions like Kurdistan and North Africa.
